Peer Steinbrück ist diplomierter Volkswirt sowie deutscher Politiker und stellte von 2005 bis 2009 den Bundesminister der Finanzen sowie den stellvertretenden SPD-Bundesvorsitzenden. Nach der Niederlegung seines Bundestagsmandates wurde Peer Steinbrück
Vorstandsberater der ING in Deutschland. Zudem fungiert er als Aufsichtsrats-Vorsitzender des Steuer-FinTechs eClear.

Der Bankenspezialist verfügt über 30 Jahre Erfahrung in der globalen Finanzbranche und besetzte bereits verschiedene Top-Management-Positionen. Bis Ende 2020 war Roland Boekhout Firmenkundenvorstand bei der Commerzbank AG. Von 2017 bis 2019 war er Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung der internationalen ING Group. Zuvor besetzte er verschiedene Führungspositionen innerhalb der ING, war CEO bei der ING-DiBa AG sowie CEO der ING Commercial Banking Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Als Autor trägt er zudem zur weltweiten Steuerdiskussion bei und ist Mitglied internationaler Ausschüsse wie der ISO20022 Securities Evaluation Group und der EC Tax Barriers Business Advisory Group.

Prof. Dr. Jarass lehrte Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Hochschule RheinMain und ist Autor zahlreicher Publikationen. Er berät die Europäische Kommission, das Europäische Parlament unter anderem zur Reform der Unternehmensbesteuerung. Zudem arbeitet er als Sachverständiger für den Finanzausschuss des deutschen Bundestags.
Peter Gaubatz

Peter Gaubatz studierte Internationales Finanzmanagement und arbeitete unter anderem bei Goldman Sachs und BNP Paribas. Seit 2015 ist er für Scalable Capital tätig, eines der erfolgreichsten deutschen FinTechs mit Sitz in München. Dort leitete er unter anderem die Bereiche Investment Management und Operations und begleitete das Unternehmen beim Einstieg in internationale Märkte und der Skalierung des Geschäftsmodells. Seit 2020 ist Peter Gaubatz Geschäftsführer von Scalable Capital.

After resigning from his seat in the German Bundestag in 2016, Peer Steinbrück became Executive Board advisor to ING in Germany. He also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the tax FinTech eClear.

Roland Boekhout brings more than 30 years of experience in the global financial industry, including various top management position, Roland holds deep experience across the banking sphere.
He most recently served as Chief Corporate Officer for Commerzbank AG. He was previously an executive board member of ING Group, was CEO of ING-DiBa AG, served as CEO of ING Commercial Banking Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and held various other management positions. He is currently external advisor to Bain & Company.
