Peer Steinbrück

Former Federal Minister of Finance

Senior Advisor ING.DiBa AG

Peer Steinbrück holds a degree in economics and is a German politician. From 2005 to 2009, he was the Federal Minister of Finance and Deputy Federal Chairman of the SPD. After resigning from his seat in the German Bundestag in 2016, Peer Steinbrück became Executive Board advisor to ING.DiBa AG in Germany. He is a committee member of several foundations, such as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Bundeskanzler-Helmut-Schmidt-Stiftung.

Roland Boekhout

External Advisor Bain & Company

He most recently served as Member of the Executive Board of Commerzbank AG, responsible for CIB. He was previously a management board member of ING Group, was CEO of ING-DiBa AG, served as CEO of ING Commercial Banking Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and held various other management positions. Roland Boekhout is currently external advisor to Bain & Company.

Ross McGill

Chairman of the Board and Managing Director TConsult

Ross McGill is Chairman of TConsult, a UK-based consulting firm specializing in cross-border tax issues. McGill is former Managing Director of GlobeTax and has over 25 years of experience in the field of foreign withholding tax. He also contributes to the global tax debate as an author and is a member of international committees such as the ISO20022 Securities Evaluation Group and the EC Tax Barriers Business Advisory Group.

Prof. Dr. Lorenz J. Jarass

Professor and Author

Advisor to European Commission, European Parliament and German Bundestag

Prof. Dr. Jarass lectured in economics at the RhineMain University of Applied Sciences and has published numerous books and articles. He advises the European Commission and the European Parliament, among others, on the reform of corporate taxation. He also works as an expert for the Finance Committee of the German Bundestag.

Peter Gaubatz

Managing Director Scalable Capital

Peter Gaubatz studied International Financial Management and worked at Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas. Since 2015, he has been working for Scalable Capital, one of the most successful German FinTechs based. There, he led the Investment Management and Operations departments, among others, and accompanied its entry into international markets and the scaling of its business model. Peter has been Managing Director of Scalable Capital since 2020.
