Roman von der Höh becomes managing director of RAQUEST Switzerland GmbH
Raubling/Zurich. August 25, 2021. Tax specialist Roman von der Höh joins the withholding tax fintech RAQUEST. He will start his role as managing director of the newly founded RAQUEST Switzerland GmbH as of August 25, 2021. Von der Höh is to act as a link to the Swiss market and further drive RAQUEST’s international growth ambitions.
RAQUEST GmbH and its two CEOs Alexander Lerch and Ulrich Vogl remain on the road to success. With the foundation of RAQUEST Switzerland GmbH, the withholding tax experts are taking a further step towards market expansion into the DACH region. To support their ambitious growth strategy, RAQUEST was able to win over Roman von der Höh who is a tax specialist with extensive knowledge of the financial industry. Von der Höh will join as managing director of the Swiss subsidiary as of August 25, 2021.
For RAQUEST, von der Höh’s engagement is the next step on its ambitious growth path. After the fintech was already able to gain a strategic investor at the beginning of the year, the software provider now has an expert with in-depth industry knowledge at its side.
Von der Höh has held various positions in tax services at Credit Suisse and SIX, among others. Most recently, as Global Head of Tax Services at Avaloq Sourcing, he was responsible for international tax services with a focus on service quality, process automation and tax relief procedures. With his international network, drive for innovation and outstanding knowledge in the field of withholding tax, von der Höh promises to successfully contribute to RAQUEST’s international expansion and overall strategic positioning.
